It is carefully processed and can be used with the original grate frame.
This kind of grating takes advantage of the excellent crack resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance of steel fiber reinforced concrete of grooved pipe fittings and the characteristics of steel fiber reinforced concrete tending to two-dimensional distribution in thin-walled members, and has the advantages of low cost, light weight, and can save a lot of cast iron. Compared with the cast iron gutter, the grooved pipe fittings can reduce the weight of components by 30%, reduce the cost by about 50%, and meet the requirements of heavy vehicle loads. At present, steel fiber reinforced concrete rainwater grate has been applied in Beijing, Hebei, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Guangdong, Anshan, Inner Mongolia, Shandong and other places, and dozens of technologies have been transferred.
